The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity work session is my second course that I have taken from FranklinCovey and I must say that these workshops have assisted me with my position as an Administrative Assistant to a Chief Executive Officer. As this role depends on my ability to stay organized and most importantly, exert extraordinary productivity to my boss and my division. Therefore, I feel that this course has provided me with the tools I need to be a highly effective leader.

It’s official, I’m becoming a “5 Choices” Kool-Aid drinking groupie! Common sense approach to organization and goal setting/accomplishment is WORKING. I’m struggling with some of my old bad habits, but at least I have a method to tackle the gravel and really spend time on the important “rocks” in my life (work and personal).
I couldn’t be more excited about this methodology and the results that are already coming from 2 weeks of application.
Feeling pretty jazzed!!!!!

“I have been using The 5 Choices learning to increase my productivity in the other roles I have in my life. I use weekly planning to achieve goals on each role. The most relevant thing I achieved is the ability to turn our dinners into a highly focused moment of dialog among my family; no TV or phones.”

I have to say that this is probably one of the most applicable courses to apply to day-to-day life both at work and at home. I now receive much fewer emails (due to rules), have fewer Q1 and Q3 events and somehow have more time for Q2 now! I have been able to not only work on, but complete big projects I had been trying to “find time” for in the past.
At home I have been able to schedule one on one time with all 5 kids and my husband each week since the class! Things are good!
We have started using the time matrix in our staff meetings and each person talks about what Q1 and Q2 events they have going on each week and what items they need assistance from others on. It have improved our discussions and efficiency at these meetings. I am also teaching this course to a group of 15 leaders today- wish me luck! Thank you for providing such a good course that has improved many of my days since!
